If the request status has not changed during 5 minutes, then “Attention” sign will be displayed in
the list of requests in the appropriate line of “Status” column, and a message on the request
pending consideration/execution will be sent to the authorized employee’s e-mail («Service»,
«Shop» or «Staff» user role).

If the request status has not changed during 10 minutes, then the “Warning” sign will be displayed
in the list of requests in the appropriate line of the “Status” column, and a message on the request
pending for review/processing will be sent again to the Supervisor’s e-mail («Supervisor» user role).
If the request status has not changed during 15 minutes, “Warning” sign will be displayed in the list
of requests in the respective line of the “Status” column, and a message on the request pending for
review/execution will be sent again to the System Administrator’s e-mail (“Administrator” user
role).
